Joy of Creative Play (joyofcreativeplay.com) is owned and operated by Joy of Creative Play LLC. By accessing or using our website, purchasing products, or subscribing to our newsletter, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Intellectual Property & Digital Product License All content, activities, printables, Morning Basket kits, graphics, and text on this site are the exclusive property of Joy of Creative Play LLC and its licensors. You may not repost, republish, sell, or distribute any Joy of Creative Play activities without prior written consent sent to joyofcreativeplay@gmail.com.
When you purchase a digital product you receive a limited, personal, non-commercial, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to download and print the materials for use in your own household only. The following are strictly prohibited: • Reselling or redistributing any digital product in whole or in part • Sharing files with anyone outside your household • Uploading content to any other website, platform, or file-sharing service • Using content for commercial purposes, including in classrooms, daycare settings, or group programs without a separate commercial license
Violations of this license may result in legal action under applicable copyright law. Joy of Creative Play LLC actively monitors for unauthorized distribution and will file DMCA takedown notices where applicable.
2. Refund Policy All digital product sales are final and non-refundable once a download link has been issued or accessed. Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned,” we are unable to offer refunds after purchase. Please read all product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
If you experience a technical issue with your download (file corrupted, link not working, etc.), contact us at joyofcreativeplay@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve the issue promptly.

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy, including: • Google Analytics — used to understand how visitors use our site (anonymized data) • Amazon Associates — affiliate tracking cookies when you click product links • MailerLite (or similar) — used to manage our Joymail newsletter subscription list

We will never sell or share your email address with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

5. Acceptable Use & Safety All activities and projects shared on this site require adult supervision. Joy of Creative Play LLC makes no representations or warranties regarding the safety of any specific material, craft supply, or activity for any particular child. Use good judgment when setting up projects and always supervise children appropriately.
The service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without any warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
6. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Joy of Creative Play LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill) arising from your use of the site or products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some states do not allow exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so the above may not apply to you.

8. Sponsored Content & Giveaways Sponsored Posts & Affiliate Content In accordance with FTC guidelines (16 CFR Part 255), we disclose any material connection to brands or products we feature. Posts containing gifted products, paid partnerships, or affiliate links will be clearly labeled as such. All opinions expressed remain entirely our own.
Giveaways Giveaways hosted by Joy of Creative Play LLC are open only to legal U.S. residents aged 18 or older unless otherwise stated. Entries are selected at random. Official rules for each giveaway — including the entry period, prize description, approximate retail value, odds of winning, winner notification process, and applicable taxes — are posted on the specific giveaway post or linked page. 9. Children’s Privacy (COPPA Notice) This website is intended for parents, guardians, and adult caregivers. Joy of Creative Play LLC does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. Our content is designed for adults who are raising or caring for young children — not for children to access directly.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the site shall be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration in Fulton County, Georgia, administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
You agree to waive any right to bring claims as a plaintiff or class member in any class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration proceeding.
11. Changes to These Terms Joy of Creative Play LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. If a change is material we will post the updated version and revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the site after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
